Important Walt Disney World updates

Walt Disney World shared important updates last night that we wanted to share with you. Things are changing every day but this does give a more clear picture of what a Walt Disney World vacation will look like upon reopening.

In summary:

• When the theme parks reopen, Disney will manage attendance through a new theme park reservation system that will require all Guests to make a reservation in advance for theme park entry. This system is not up and running, but we'll be assisting our clients with their theme park reservations as soon as it becomes available.
• Dining and Experiences will operate at a limited capacity. As of today, all existing dining reservations and experience bookings, including Disney dining plans included in packages have been cancelled through the end of the year. Disney will reopen dining and experience bookings with more limited numbers closer to when the parks reopen. We will be assisting our clients with new dining reservations as soon as they become available
• FastPass+ will be suspended for the time being as Disney plans to use additional queue space to manage capacity at our attractions and maintain physical distancing. All existing FastPass+ selections have been cancelled. 
• Extra Magic Hours will be temporarily suspended.
• There will be no parades, firework shows, character meet and greets, and offerings like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique until further notice. 

We understand how much excitement, thought and time goes into planning a Disney vacation, and we realize some of these changes may be disappointing. However, we are confident that the magic will still be alive in Walt Disney World and we look forward to the parks reopening.
