How long does the application take?
About 15-20 minutes. It’s a short set of questions, including a few you’ll answer in your own words. There’s nothing to prepare in advance, just set aside a few quiet minutes to be thoughtful.
Do I need experience to apply?
No travel-industry experience is required. We’re looking for a mindset more than a résumé — a genuine love of Disney, a heart for helping families, and the drive to build something of your own. If that’s you, we’d love to read your answers.
What happens after I apply?
