Meet Heidi

Heidi is a homeschooling mom of two from the Midwest who believes that some of life’s best lessons happen beyond the classroom. Whether studying at the kitchen table or exploring a new destination, her family loves turning the world into their homeschool. With a background in nursing and a role as a part-time nursing instructor at a community college, Heidi has always had a heart for helping others. That passion for caring, teaching, and guiding people naturally carries over into her work as a travel advisor, where she loves helping families plan seamless vacations filled with magical memories.

 

Heidi’s love for Disney began years ago while watching the iconic Full House episode where the family visits Magic Kingdom and rides Splash Mountain. That moment sparked a lifelong Disney obsession that eventually led her to specialize in planning Disney Destinations vacations. She has completed the Disney College of Knowledge and holds certifications with Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood, along with training for SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Heidi has also earned a Bachelor’s of Adventure with Royal Caribbean and completed extensive training to book major cruise lines and all-inclusive beach resorts, allowing her to help clients plan everything from enchanted theme park adventures to relaxing tropical escapes.

 

Travel is a family affair for Heidi. Her family of four loves exploring together and often includes grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins on their trips, giving her firsthand experience with the joy of multigenerational travel. Known for being incredibly detail-oriented, she loves organizing every magical detail—from park strategies to dining reservations—so her clients can simply relax and soak in the wonder of their vacation.

 

When she isn’t planning dream vacations or teaching, Heidi can usually be found with a good book in hand—proudly claiming her place in Ravenclaw. She also loves the excitement of runDisney events and has wonderful memories of racing through the castle at Walt Disney World with her brother. At home, she enjoys spending time with her family and her spunky bernedoodle, Patch, while dreaming about the next adventure waiting just around the riverbend. Heidi truly believes that travel has a magical way of bringing people together, and she feels honored to help families create memories that will last long after the fireworks fade.
